With school quickly approaching, Wrangler Moving would like to increase the level of safety for children and all other road users in any way possible, so this year we decided to have a mandatory training for all of our drivers and helpers.
Respecting traffic regulations and driving cautiously, especially in the areas around schools and kindergartens was the main focus point.
Other topics included, proper highway etiquette or highway safety, and crew member roles while in transit.
In the moving industry, the helper of the crew is in charge of being the driver's extra pair of eyes. From helping with getting over to another lane or backing up into a driveway, the helper is just as essential as the person doing the driving.
Highway safety covered all aspects of highway use, including, proper distance from vehicles, using proper signaling when switching lanes, using the highway shoulder during emergencies.
Wrangler Moving Pledges to help our New Braunfels area community stay safe this school year!
